will my order ship? |
| A. We attempt to
ship all orders within 2 days. All our orders ship via the USPS Priority
service. If there is a problem with an order that may be delayed due to
out-of-stock items, bad weather, paypal or any other issues, you will
be contacted within one day. |

| A. Yes we do like
pens. In addition, we recently decided it made more sense to sell a few
products better and smarter than anyone else than to sell a number of

| A. We used sales@myartsupply.com
until we made our switch in sites the fall of 2009. We are in the process
of updating our paypal account and website info, until then we have been
using this paypal account. |

| Q. I had
heard that the Sharpie Water-Based marker was going to be discontinued.
Are these fresh pens? |
| A. Yes, our stock
is fresh and new. There was talk for awhile that Sharpie was going to
drop the Water-Based version of their paint pens. At the end of 2009 they
did drop a few colors, but did make the decision to keep the bulk of the
pens they offered. |

| Q. Can't
the Ciao pens be refilled, and why don't you stock the replacement nibs
and different refills? |
| A. One of the nicest
options of the Ciao pen is the ability to refill them. To this point,
neither our online presence nor our stores have carried the refills in-stock.
We can and do order refills as need be usually having them in-hand in
4 working days. We plan to add the refills and nibs to the site shortly
and in the meantime we can order and ship any Copic items not listed on
www.myartsupply.com. |

| Q. Is the
Inkssential pen available in any color other than white? |
| A. At this time,
no. This white gel pen is alone in its category. We added this one pen
due to the fact it does what it does so well over the other options out
there. |
